The Network of Women Students Australia (NOWSA) is an organisation committed to equity, accessibility and inclusivity.
This is why we are providing scholarships for NOWSA 2018 Conference to students from low socio-economic backgrounds, from student organisations with limited resources, those of ethnically and linguistically diverse backgrounds, those who identify as LGBTIQ and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Applications will close on Tuesday 19th of June 2018 and successful applicants will be contacted on Friday 22nd of June.
Each year, NOWSA Conference holds one or more sessions of conference floor. These sessions are for attendees to discuss, debate and vote on motions and policies to shape the future of NOWSA. This year, all motions to be considered on conference floor must be submitted before the commencement of NOWSA. All motions must be moved and seconded by attendees and submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 11th July.
Registration is open from now until the 22nd of June.

want to run a workshop?
Majority of the sessions of conference are composed of workshops run by fellow students around the country. These workshops cover a range of issues and are intended to deliver educational content to help attendees in their future campaigns and work.
If you wish to run a workshop, please register HERE by the 11th of July.
Please note, there are limited spaces for workshops and the NOWSA organising committee will select the successful workshops based on the level of detail provided in your application so please be thorough. Please contact the organisers if you would like some help with your application.
